Educational technology is the practice to improve learning and performance, by the creating, using and managing of appropriate technological processes and resources. One of the main contributions of AECT2004definition is that extending the field of enterprise performance and training. In recent years, Educational Technology is cultivating talents in the field of corporate training.As the socio-economic development, more and more companies take the attention to its internal training, many companies spent a lot of cost to the training development, but many of the results are unsatisfactory, and even some staff had offered to resign. In the case of the frequent occurrence of this situation, people take the focus on "competency".According to the theory of competency and training, combined with the actual situation of Company C, the subject established the competency, design the training system based on it, evaluated the results. First, learned Domestic and foreign literature, compared effect to the traditional training and competency-based training. Secondly, take the line managers of C Company for example, used BEI behavior interviews, adopted questionnaire investigation method and SPSS data statistical analysis to build competency model. Again, make full use of the competency model, designed the training system of C Company, and at the same time, developed an assist training system by integrating the C#programming language and the technology of SQL Server database. Finally, take the evaluation of training results and give the direction of improving.
