Currently most companies only focus on the training activity and do not care the training evaluation. The training expected effect can not achieved without supervision, thus cause a lot waste of money and time for the training. Even do the evaluation but only at lower level,the result is not satisfied.Firstly introduced relative training theory, training evaluation theory development and resarch. Select Jack Philip's training concept and model, use company existing Individual Competency System, proposed a way to do the evaluation via the competency model. Collect 93 samples do the calculation of ROI for two training courses.Mean time collect 403 samples of level one training evaluation, do the statistic analysis through SPSS software, to analyze the relationship between course content, trainer,training organization,training effect for different kind of trainings.Analyze the relationship between the four aspect, and establish regression model use the data.By analyzing the ROI of two training courses , can have some recommendation to improve training ROI.By analyzing the level one training evaluation data, can see the satisfied fators among training content, course delivery, training organization and training effect. Try to find out the relationship between them, try to set regression model for the training effect, to see which factor is more important for the training effect. |
