| For a long time, the main force of China’s consumption growth is mainly urban power. Comparing to the city, the rural residents’ consumption obviously lags behind and seriously affects the growth of Chinese overall level of consumption, which considerably affects the steady growth of the national economy.Although Yangzhou’s rural consumption has started positively,consumption level has improved gradually,but it still exists many factors restricting rural demand.This essay is based on relevant consumption theory and research. Combining with the relevant indicators,this paper analyzes the consumption status of rural residents’consumption from consuption and consumption struture.Then,based on Yangzhou city statitical yearbook data,by comparing among four income sources, real interest rates, inflation rates and urban-rural income ratio and the demand of consumption,so it is the conclusion that the influence of the salary income of rural residents is the most significant one, in addition, the real interest rate, inflation rate and changes in the income ratio between urban and rural areas also have implications for the consumption, and they are in the same direction with the change of rural residents consumption rate. Finally, in the comprehensive analysis of the plight of the rural residents’ consumption of Yangzhou, this paper puts forward some policies and suggestions.As the research results show that:Firstly,Income is the most important one of the other factors that affects residents’ consumption,different sources of income has different influence on rural residents’ consumption;Secondly, the most significant one is salary income, the income elasticity coefficient is0.7377,followed by family business income,and the income elasticity coefficient is0.114;Thirdly,The income gap between urban and rural areas is also a certain degree of influence on rural consumption,it roses1%,then, the consumption ratio roses by0.246%;Forthly,Yangzhou rural residents’ consumption was positively correlation with real interest rates, real interest rates of the income effect is greater than the substitution effect;Fifthly,The higher the rate of inflation, the greater the consumer spending rate, the coefficient is0.160,and show that rural residents is more sensitive to inflation, in order to increase consumer spending to counter inflation of currency devaluation.Combining the above analysis, draw the conclusion:Firstly,To adjust income distribution, to establish a long-term mechanism of continuous increase in rural incomes;Secondly, To perfect rural social security system, accelerate the construction of rural social security and health care system, to fundamentally eliminate the unfair of urban and rural dual structure to form the redistribution system;Thirdly,To strengthen rural internal propaganda education, change the traditional rural residents consumption idea and the key construction of rural infrastructure;Forthly,To coordinate the integration of urban and rural economic and social development, promote the urban and rural two-way flow of resources;Fifthly,Improve the rural financial development, speed up the reform of financial system... |
