A Study The Influence Of Famers's Inconme On The Consumption Level And Consumption Patter In Henan Province

From the recent situation, long-term economic development needs pulling effect of consumers, so the expansion of domestic demand is the basic strategy of economic development in the near future. Rural population in Henan Province accounts for majority of the population, so their consumption behavior in driving consumer demand in the community to effectively play a decisive role. In Henan Province, farmers accounted for more than 60%,therefore, to promote rapid economic development in Henan Province will need to expand the consumption demand of farmers. In the many factors constraining consumption, income is the deciding factor, not only affects the overall consumption level of the farmers, but also directly related to the rationalization of consumption structure of the farmers.In this paper, Henan Province as the research object, in a profound understanding of the urgent need to expand rural consumption on the basis of sex and the need to draw on theoretical results of previous studies, using relevant theories of macroeconomics, a more systematic analysis of the income of the farmers in Henan Province on the consumption level and consumption structure factor.First, the paper systematically reviewed the relevant on the general theory of rural consumption, mainly on the consumption-related concepts, the relevant theory was summarized the discussion, in order to later study of the article lay the necessary foundation. Secondly, the farmers from Henan consumption level and consumption structure ,the analysis of the status quo, based on the income derived constraints rural consumption and rural consumption in the importance of the problems, which further demonstrate the income of peasants in Henan effect on consumption. Thirdly, the use of the income of peasants in Henan consumption function of the consumption level and consumption structure to conduct a comprehensive analysis of influencing factors. From the propensity to consume and income elasticity of different income types, income structure and income inequality were analyzed at four different angles of income on consumption level and consumption structure in turn were derived income and consumption levels, income and consumption between the price of the specific relationship. Finally, two aspect of income and consumption systematically expounded on the thesis the main conclusions and findings made against the relevant policy recommendations to meet the increasing income of the farmers and improve rural consumption levels ,optimize the consumption structure of the purpose of the peasants.
