| Nowadays, energy consumption, greenhouse effect, haze weather are global problems,how to realize the coordination between economic development and environment, energyis particularly important. Low carbon economy with low pollution, low energyconsumption, low emissions characteristics becomes effective way to solve theenvironment, energy problem. The low carbon agriculture as an important component of alow carbon economy has become the focus of attention. Low-carbon agriculture is newform of agriculture traditional agricultural paradigm shift to promote energy conservation,development of new energy in the agricultural sector. Hebei Province which is a majoragricultural province, the implementation of low-carbon agriculture agricultural economicgrowth pattern to achieve the orderly and healthy development of agriculture is theinevitable choice. This article is based on reality, focused on low carbon level ofagricultural development in Hebei Province, for the evaluation of the results of analysis ofthe problem, then identify further development of low-carbon agriculture in HebeiProvince suggestions. The article includes the following sections:The first part, including articles, chapters, is mainly on the study of related conceptsand theoretical basis. First sort out low-carbon agricultural research status, and thenoverview of the concept of low-carbon agriculture and related theoretical for the studybelow.The second part of the article is the main part of the third chapter, mainly on lowcarbon level of agricultural development in Hebei Province, then grasp the development oflow-carbon agriculture in Hebei Province. First, give a brief description for the presentsituation and the needs of the development of Hebei low-carbon agriculture, followed bybuilding Development Evaluation System of low-carbon agriculture in Hebei Province,including the existing level of development of low-carbon agriculture index system, thedevelopment of low-carbon agricultural efficiency index system, the development oflow-carbon agriculture trend index system, on this basis, use of factor analysis empiricalanalysis for low carbon level of agricultural development in Hebei Province in2000-2010.Finally, describes the results of the evaluation of the various systems and bedsfor identify the problems in low-carbon agriculture in Hebei Province. The third part which is the fourth chapter mainly discusses the main factors affectingthe development of low-carbon agriculture in Hebei Province, and in-depth analysis on thispartially due to the method of analysis results and on the part of the evaluation results, toidentify the main problems in the process of the development of low-carbon agriculture inHebei Province.The fourth part is namely the fifth chapter of the article. On the base of previousresearch and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level ofagricultural development of low carbon in Hebei province. The countermeasures arereflected to the influence factor, the existing level of development, development efficiency,the development trend of the problems, with a view to guide the development of lowcarbon agriculture in Hebei province.Finally, summarize the research contents, points out the shortages existed in theresearch, for future research put forward the improvement and replacement of parts. |
