In our country, deepening reform and opening-up, the development of huge changes in the economic and social sustained, rapid and healthy development of national economy, and achieved gratifying achievements. However, due to the long-term influence by the agricultural development is lagging behind, slow growth of farmers’ income and other outstanding difficulties and problems, and has become one of important barriers to restrict China’s rapid economic growth and social progress. But the rural labor force to second, the tertiary industry transfer, China has become an important trend from traditional agriculture to modern industrial change, and has become the important direction of the development of rural economy and society and the socialist modernization construction, as well as the basic characteristics of China’s rural economic and social development and promote transformation of industrialization, urbanization construction. Based on field investigation, and uses relevant model analysis, in-depth study and influence on non-agricultural employment of rural labor force factor, for the further implementation of the urban and rural development and promoting the urbanization process and provide a theoretical reference, further promote the rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries transfer gradually reasonable, practical and thus effectively guiding the planning of urban and rural development.In this paper, on the basis of relevant research results, combined with the regional characteristics of Shuangliu County, analysis, explore the influence of different factors on non-agricultural employment of rural labor force, namely farmers individual characteristics, family characteristics and the external environment, at the same time, we use econometric analysis model to discuss the impact of these factors are. The conclusion of this paper is to actively create more employment, improve the individual quality of the rural labor force and competency. Take effective measures actively, all kinds of practical problems in the course of employment to solve the transfer of rural labor to non-agricultural industries. Countermeasures and suggestions in this paper is to extend the employment demand, improve occupation training system, increase investment in public service and non-agricultural employment channels.
