The Research Of Employment Problem Of Our Rural Surplus Labor Force During The Transformation Of Economic Growth Mode

China's economic aggregate ranked second in the world,however,extensive economic growth mode is difficult to continue,and bring environmental pollution,ecological damage and other issues,accelerate the transformation of economic growth mode is an important mission of government currently.Intensive economic growth promote industrial upgrading,the quality of labor force put forward higher requirements.Our rural surplus labor as the main source of labor for non-agricultural industrial,plays an important role in the reform and opening up great journey,however,due to the overall quality is not high of rural surplus labor,adapt to the needs of the change of economic growth pattern difficulty,leading companies "recruitment difficulties" and migrant workers "employment difficulties" at the same time highlights.Government first document published in 2015,reveals must always adhere to solve the "three rural" issue as a top priority of the party's work,also proposed to accelerate agricultural modernization.The fact indicate,rural surplus labor force employment is a prerequisite for the agricultural modernization achieve.With the rise of economic development and emerging industries,rural surplus labor force employment more difficult,will influence China's industrial upgrading and modernization of agriculture,and affect the stable and healthy of economic development more seriously.This paper summed up the economic growth mode transformation and rural surplus labor force's related concepts,analyzed the Marxist theory pertaining to economic growth mode transformation of rural surplus labor force employment theory; explored the current situation of employment during the economic growth mode transformation of rural surplus labor,and the change of economic growth pattern impact on the rural surplus labor force employment;analyzed the cause of employment difficulty of China's rural surplus labor force,from the industrial restructuring, human capital, national policies and institutions;studied foreignpolicy measures to promote the employment of rural surplus labor force;finally,recommend some proposals to facilitate employment of our rural surplus labor force during the transformation of economic growth mode,hoping to promote rural surplus labor force employment.
