This article aims to explore the town area tea base and the path of increasing farmers’income and promote the tea farmer professional cooperatives formed and more perfective. And we should support and nurture the tea processing enterprises, which has a certain practical significance for farmers’ income and the development of agricultural industrialization. But also those can provide a reference for the other towns in the surrounding areas.In this paper, the writer used industrialization of agriculture-related theory and SWOT analysis method, which based on the theory of the development of the tea industry research and analysis of business and farmers questionnaire. It also discussed the status of Mumen’s the development of tea industry on the presence of the tea industry development, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Comprehensive analysis was carried out by the tea industry, which found that the tea industry thinking and understanding was not enough, not high tech, production and marketing of convergence disjointed, the relative lack of inputs, operating mechanism behind market information asymmetry, tea cooperatives and leading enterprises and so on. But the town of Mumen has planned and prospected the development of tea industry, which included to emphasize on the idea of government leadership and tea farmers awareness campaigns, to introduct high-tech, to produce areas of the advantages to the implementation of brand strategy, to conduct production, processing and sales integration operations, to improve the mechanism of interest, to increase various inputs, to create the brand of tea industry of the town, to establish a scientific and reasonable operating mechanism to regulate the tea market, to effective use of information, and to improve the service system of the tea industry, to support leading enterprises, to improve the degree of industrialization organization.
