Recent years, theoretical researchers are more and more tend to use biological and lifescience for reference in studying enterprise development. They imitate the evolution of life. Andthis way can be called bionics. Bionics is an emerging discipline. Theories and methods inbiology are applied to other disciplines in order to interpret problems in a way of life system.Bionics has started to use in the enterprise study, in a perspective of life system and its evolutionmechanism to analyze the evolution mechanism and regularity of enterprise growth is of greatoriginality. Small and medium-sized enterprises—as a "cell" of the development of marketeconomy, plays an important role in our economic growth, and in enlarging reemployment,attracting private investment, promoting technological innovation, maintaining the market vigor,improving the regional economic development, also have played a very important role, and madea positive contribution.On the basis of combing enterprise evolution research and its progress, we regard theenterprise as a real biological cell, with the analysis of the structure and function of biologicalcells and the small and medium-sized enterprise growth. At the same time, we combine with theabstract membrane computing model, so as to providing a new perspective and research thinkingfor the enterprise bionics management research. First of all, in this paper, we do some researchon background, the present situation and problems. Based on the analysis of biological cells, Psystems, enterprise calls and enterprise DNA, then an enterprise P system model with bionicmanagement is put forward. Secondly, through the analysis of core elements to build theenterprise, we build a double-stranded enterprise DNA molecule. And enterprise genesreplication and mutation make enterprises continue to grow stronger and more stable. Combinedwith enterprise life cycle theory, only the enterprise which with constant innovation, keep themetabolism of cells, is likely to achieve the longevity of the enterprise. Finally, we based on thecharacteristics of immune cells to enhance enterprise’s risk prevention, to prevent enterprisecancerous cells. At the same time, according to small and medium-sized enterprise managementpresent situation and problems, combining with this research, we extend the applicationcountermeasures of the bionic management.This research is an innovation of enterprise bionic management theory research. It revolvesaround the biological "cell", and combined the molecular calculation model that abstract inbiology with enterprise’s development evolution. The purpose is to provide a new angle of view, so as to let the managers in a more micro level to meet the substance to the development of theenterprise, ultimately achieve the longevity of the enterprise, and provide a beneficial thinking toenterprise’s long-term development.
