Research Team Management Pattern For Institute Of Development Projects Case In Institute Of High Energy Physics

With the trend of scientific development branch and comprehensive strengthening of the trend, a cross between the various disciplines and permeability reached unprecedented levels. Therefore, how to efficiently manage R&D team, managers and researchers to become research institutes focus on issues of common concern.In this thesis, research institutes and R&D team for the study, research institutes focusing on the research and development team management issues. On completion of the main work is as follows:Firstly,Using literature survey research methods, through access to foreign literature and research related to system development team discussed the research institutes of the theory;Secondly,Through questionnaires and interviews with experts on the current R&D team of development, status and management problems as well as problems attributed analyzed.Thirdly,Through the research team’s analysis, according to the two-dimensional quadrant method, starting from the team’s task characteristics, can be divided into innovation and urgency of two dimensions, through these two dimensions of the four combinations of features can be divided into the R&D team four categories, the management of these four ways R&D team to conduct a detailed analysis, from the construction team culture, team goals management, team incentives and other aspects of the innovative R&D team for scientific management, improve team management level of performance.The end,Through the high energy physics research and development team management and construction of empirical research presented in this paper demonstrate the relevant countermeasures.
