Performance Management is being appreciated by an increasing number of enterprises as advantaged management ideas and methods. But it always gets to the opposite side through the process of introduce and execute such a kind of advanced management method. The underlying reason is due to the mismatch between the performance management and business strategy. Performance management only under the guidance of the corporate strategy can really play a supervision, evaluation, and motivation to the employees and the corporate strategy only depend on the performance management could change strategic objectives into daily operation targets. If the performance management get off the corporate strategy it will run farther, the deeper wrong like a runaway horse; and the strategy is flashy without substance like the castles in the air if it get off the performance management. Therefore, in order to cultivate their own core competence the corporate needs to combine the strategic management and the performance management effectively, and it’s particularly important to develop a set of strategic performance management adapt corporate development.In this dissertation, take the Sany Company as the object of the research. Base on the wildly investigate and survey, the paper analyses the company’s performance management present situation and some existing problem, through some performance theories such as balanced scorecard, key performance indicators, and management by objective and so on, and combines practical experience at home and abroad to bring up the ideas and methods of company strategic performance management system with balance scorecard as the basic. Hope to provide a reference model for Chinese corporate to establish strategic performance management system.On the structure of the paper, the paper introduces the research background and explores the research situation of the current domestic and international performance management initially. From the existing problem of Sany Company performance management to bring up the necessity of establish strategic performance management system through case analysis. And then, it is on the basis of the Sany Company’s internal and external environment analysis to raise future development strategies, and depends on the balance scorecard design principles to map out company’s strategic map with analyzing the corporate strategy, and through gradually analyzes the corporate strategic object and combines KPI indicators system’s design processes and steps and Performance cycle theory in management by objective to finish the design of Sany Company strategic performance management executing system.
