Accompanied with globalization, a growing number of international enterpriseshave made their strides into China`s market, making competition shifting fromtraditional aspects like capital and technologies to human resource. A scientifictraining management for employees will definitely help to exploit the potential ofhuman resource and promote a company`s competitiveness. SANY, faced with itsexpanding size and accelerating development, are challenged by its current trainingmanagement system at the moment. This system has made it difficult to meet thedemand of development for both employees and the company, therefore, optimizationis necessary.This paper has carried out survey and analysis on the training management systemof SANY and studied it in four parts. In the first place, the meaning of training for anenterprise, domestic and foreign theories and methodologies of enterprise training arestudied. Secondly, current situation of SANY`s training management system isanalyzed to figure out its problems and causes. Then, an optimization and itsimplementation are proposed to accomplish the system with integration of trainingmanagement theories and SANY`s development strategy. At last, correspondingmeasures are put forward to secure the implementation of the new system. Withcomparison to the old one, the practicability of the new system is validated.Effective training management system for SANY must be constructed on thecapability model of position competence, using credit management, promotion andculture guidance as impetus to establish a study-oriented organization. This paperseeks to equip SANY with a more effective and practical solution to increaseemployee`s competence, promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise and serveas a reference for talents cultivation of the construction machinery industry.
