The Study Of Anhui Producer Services On Manufacturing Technology Spillover Effect

With the development of economy,technology spillover has gradually become the main way for enterprises to obtain the technical progress and technical innovation, through continuous learning and reinforcement,it would replace existing mainstream technology.In terms of globalization,producer services on manufacturing technology spillover has become the main way for manufacturing enterprises to obtain competitive advantage in the market;From the domestic economic situation, producer services on manufacturing technology spillover also plays a very important role in the development of regional economy in our country, gradually become an important mode of promoting regional development.The existing research on manufacturing technology spillover of Anhui productive service industry is relatively small, the domestic research mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other productive service industry development level is relatively high economic zone. Therefore, Analysis of Anhui producer service on manufacturing technology spillover has the vatal significance for Anhui industrial progress.Based on the analysis of Technology Spillover’s related theories, explores the inner mechanism of producer service on manufacturing technology spillover, including producer services on manufacturing technology spillover, spillover process, spillover character as well as the spillover channel.Secondly, based on the understanding of Anhui producer service industry and manufacturing industry development present situation, through the relevant data and graphics, indicates that there is a certain relationship between productive service industry and manufacturing industry in Anhui.In order to confirm the production service industry do for manufacturing enterprises forward or backward spillover benefits, based on the collection of the Anhui province13manufacturing industry in2000-2011data,which makes use of the DEA total factor productivity of the manufacturing industry, and use stata11to the regression analysis of the data. The empirical results show that, Anhui producer service industry will have a certain technical spillover effect on manufacturing, and forward technology spillover effect than the backward technology overflow effect..In order to verify whether there are differences of producer services to manufacturing industry technology spillover benefits in the area, this paper makes a comparative analysis between central region and Anhui province,the results show that different regions of the technology spillover effect does exist a certain difference, and these differences is closely related to regional manufacturing industry internal structure and industrial connection. Finally, according to the analysis results, put forward some related policy suggestions to promote Anhui producer service on manufacturing technology spillover.
