Study On The Effect Of Producer Services On Spillover Effects Of Manufacturing Technology

With the economic development into the 21 st century,Technological progress is becoming more and more important.Science and technology become the first productive force.In the emphasis on technology research and development today,enterprise technology efficiency and progress is particularly important.And technology spillovers become the most convenient way for enterprises to acquire technical information and improve technical efficiency.At present,there is a strong correlation between the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry,and the productive service industry is one of the sources of technology spillovers as a knowledge-intensive industry.Throughout the domestic economic situation,China is in the middle and late stages of industrial development,when the manufacturing industry in the transformation and development is more dependent on the upgrading of technology,and producer services and manufacturing industry linkage technology spillover is the upgrading of manufacturing technology Effective Ways.At present,there are relatively few studies on the technology spillover caused by inter-industry linkages,and more focus on the technical spill brought by international direct investment.In the research object also more emphasis on the region,rarely try to study a single city.Therefore,this paper explores the technical spillover effect of manufacturing service industry in Shenzhen.Firstly,it defines the extension of the productive service industry and briefly introduces the relevant theories of technology spillovers and the current development of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry in Shenzhen.In the regression model construction is followed by the classic production function model.Constructing Technology Spillover Index Total Factor Productivity.Based on the context of the industry,the forward correlation index FS and the backward association index BS are constructed,and the total factor productivity is decomposed into technical efficiency TE and technological progressTP by DEA-Mamlquist index.Finally,the data are analyzed by stata11.The results show that:(1)In the TFP,there is a significant difference between the forward technology and the backward technology spillovers.The concentration of resource allocation and the mode of service outsourcing in the development of the manufacturing industry are the key to the efficiency of the manufacturing service industry to improve the manufacturing efficiency.The integration trend of the industrial interaction of the manufacturing industry makes the manufacturing industry not only in terms of professional technology and services.The help of the productive service industry,but also the allocation of resources on the more space.(2)In terms of technical efficiency TE and technical progress TP,forward technology spillover and backflow spill are not significant on TE,and backward spillover is significant on TP.This shows that the current degree of professional services in Shenzhen City,the degree of specialization can not meet the requirements of the manufacturing sector,and the development of the need for manufacturing investment to support.Finally,according to the results of the article,from four aspects to provide policy recommendations.
