A Research On Supply And Demand Matching Of College Students

Under the background of contradiction between the current social economic development and graduates unemployment, this paper discusses college students employment problem through supply and demand aspects. Faced with the rapidly changing supply and demand situation, college students carrying capacity is full in the quantity and quality, employment difficulty increased dramatically, employment quality reduced drastically. It is difficult to find a suitable job in gob searching, while it is difficult to find the right talent in recruitment process. The imbalance between supply and demand, resulting in social dislocation, college students faced with the problem of low quantity and low quality, which will have a negative impact on personal, family and economic growth.Therefore, in order to find the deep reason of college students low employment quantity and low employment quality, this paper makes use of various research methods, such as literature study, comparative analysis, empirical study and other methods. Through analysis of college students employment profile and labor market supply and demand situation, summed up the mismatching of college students supply and demand. On the analysis of college students supply and demand situation, this paper using the empirical analysis based on data from the industry perspective. By the workforce classified as general skilled workforce and highly skilled workforce, introduced into the production function model, get the contribution rate of general labor skills and high quality skilled labor and for different industries. Then, combined with the absorptive capacity of different industries, correspondence between different industries and disciplines, get college students present situation of supply and demand: On the one hand, some industries failed to give full use of college students human capital, industry structure and management methods are being further optimized and improvement; On the other hand, college students training quality of some specialty are being further strengthened and improved.Then, discussing the reason of college students employment problem from the labor supply factor, labor demand factor, psychological factor and institutional factor. And summarizing the deep reason is the mismatch of educational system and industrial structure. Therefore, to perfect national education system and to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure are the most fundamental ways to solve college students employment problem.
