Research On Employment Of Ethnic Minority College Students In Wensu County,Xinjiang Province

In recent years,the rapid development of Xinjiang’s economy,and the employment of college graduates in Xinjiang,especially the employment of minority college students in Xinjiang has become increasingly prominent.At present,Xinjiang the return of minority college graduates employment rate is lower than the national average level,the proportion of employment structural imbalance,student employment concept still can not adapt to the requirement of social market economy and other issues.In order to find the crux of the problem,in this study,review of Xinjiang higher education policies and government on the return of minority college students employment support policies,to Xinjiang Wensu County home of minority college students as the research object,by using the methods of questionnaire and interviews,conducted a survey on the county’s return of minority college students employment the status quo,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,put forward on the basis of the level of government must quickly build and improve relevant policies and regulations,protect the legitimate rights and interests of Minority College Students’ health promoting full employment of minority college students entrepreneurship public service system;higher education of minority college students employment to enhance the pertinence,guiding students to set up correct the concept of career;social forces to further perfect the employment guidance and training The ideas and Countermeasures of solving the problems are put forward in the aspects of training.
