Along with the expansion of higher education scale, the college graduates’employment has become a social problem. Based on the previous studies, this paper,which combined with the background of the adjustment of industrial structure inChina, from the angle of industrial structure change, explores how to realize fullemployment of college graduates. So as to get valuable achievements through thetheoretical analysis and empirical analysis.Industry is a material foundation of labor employment, and the industrialstructure change will bring significant effect on employment. Whereas in the researchon the employment problem, most scholars are aimed at the whole labor force, andlack of concrete research on college graduates. On other hand, scholars have less fromthe perspective of the industrial structure in college graduates’ employment research.But industry are the material basis for all labor employment, and university graduatesare no exception. Based on this, the paper puts forward this theme.Based on the analysis of the development industrial structure of our country, it isfind that after the reform and opening-up, the proportion of our second industry andthe third industry are increasing, and it has obvious economic modernizationcharacteristics, but it also exists structural problems within the third industry such asexorbitant proportion of traditional industry. This paper first analyzes the effectswhich was caused by structural change between industries on university graduateemployment, and it found that the interior industrial industries caused differenteffect on college graduates employment. So the paper subdivided the three industries.Through empirical analysis it is concluded that the proportion of industrial output, thefinancial industry proportion, technical level, wages-consumption wages ratio havepositive influence on the college graduates employment. Among them, the routingcoefficient ratio of financial industry is the largest. It account for that finance havethe largest promoting effect for university graduates employment. The path of trafficand retail proportion coefficient is negative. It account for that traffic and retailweight increased is not good for university graduates employment.Finally, based on the theoretical and two empirical conclusions of this paper, weput forward some policy suggestions in order to promote college graduates’Employment, while the wages relative rise will reduce the employment of college graduate.
