The Study On The Development Strategies Of Low-qualification Construction Enterprises In Beijing Based On The Core Competitiveness

ABSTRACT:There are more and more state-owned construction businesses and construction enterprises outland stationed in Beijing with the construction industry rapid development, so the competition of construction market is increasing fierce. As the industry fresh troops in Beijing’s construction industry, most of the second and third-level construction enterprises have the problems of lacking of core competence, poor market competiveness and low market share. Therefore, the low qualification construction enterprises need dig the potentiality and superiority, and then build their own competitiveness through the cultivation and development to achieve market competitiveness and to make sure the sustainable development.This article making the low qualification construction business as the research object, analyzed the internal and external environment or them, which turns out that the environment of the enterprises is severe and hard. In order to enhance the market competiveness of the constructions, proposed the necessity and importance that low qualification construction enterprises should cultivate and develop their core competiveness to enhance constructions’ market competiveness. The article builds index evaluation system through the four aspects analysis of enterprises resource, management ability, and corporate culture to forms construction enterprises index factors. Uses the expert scoring method to obtain index weight, and then gain core competencies index evaluation model. Then the article analyses the diffidence between low qualification and high qualification construction enterprises, put forward several directions to cultivate core competitiveness of enterprises and some development strategies base on this core competitiveness, to provide reference for these businesses. Finally, take Beijing T Corporation as an example. Analysis detailed how to determine the core competiveness of enterprise, and develop enterprise development strategies base on core competiveness.
