Construction industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy, China’s construction market size is large, and enterprises are numerous. But in the process of the development of construction industry in our country, due to reasons such as system, training level, construction personnel quality is low, making the construction quality is not high. In the fierce competition of construction market, the enterprise employees also frequent job-hopping, and the serious problem of personnel fluidity big, effective incentive for enterprise employees has become increasingly important. For the construction industry, its goal is to maximize the profits. In the process of realization of enterprise strategic goal, enterprise employees, especially technical personnel play a vital role. Therefore, the enterprise how to effective manage and motivate technical personnel, keep enterprise core technology talents effectively, Stimulate their working enthusiasm and initiative, it plays a key role for the development of the enterprise, promote enterprise’s core competitiveness.In this paper, we select the Changsha construction company as the research object, on the basis of review the incentive theory and related literature. We survey the incentive status and employee satisfaction of Changsha city construction company technical personnel. Analysis of the present situation and problems of incentive mechanism, and find the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism of company. Then the paper pays attention to the characteristics of the technical personnel’s demand. Finally proposed the safeguard measures of improved incentive mechanism in the future after the implementation, As well as the possible problem of the incentive mechanism in the implementation and corresponding solution counter measures.The research results show that Changsha construction company technical personnel incentive mechanism based on a detailed and in-depth analysis. Found in Changsha city construction company technical personnel’s incentive mechanism is the main problems is unconformity responsibilities and compensation, single incentives, the lack of opportunities for advancement and the lack of a systematic training mechanism. This article proposed job design incentive; incentive pay system, spiritual incentive; Improve the technical personnel career development channel; Improve the training system; Establish an effective constraint mechanism and Improve the intellectual property rights incentive. It has realistic and positive significance for the long-term development of the company and wins the market competition.
