As China’s economy has entered the "new normal",China’s construction industry is facing new market situations and competitive pressures.On the one hand,traditional infrastructure investment is cold,and a large number of uncertain factors have emerged in the development process of construction enterprises.On the other hand,high-quality projects are rare,and competition in the industry is fierce.Almost all construction enterprises have fallen into the dilemma of "difficult payment collection" and "poor efficiency",A large number of technicians have lost to other construction companies in the industry or left the construction industry,which has a negative impact on the high-quality development of private construction companies.This paper takes Guangdong A Construction Company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the turnover of technical personnel in Guangdong A Construction Company by sorting out and summarizing the resignation interview records of the company’s technical personnel from 2018 to 2021,and comprehensively analyzes the reasons for the turnover of technical personnel in Guangdong A Construction Company by means of interview research and questionnaire survey,mainly in the aspects of the internal enterprise,employees themselves and the external environment.Combined with the post characteristics of technicians in Guangdong A Construction Company,based on the two factor theory and Price model,this paper proposes coping strategies for the turnover of technicians in Guangdong A Construction Company.For example,in terms of how to improve the external environment,it proposes to introduce a talent turnover early warning mechanism,establish a cross regional talent flow mechanism,and help technicians correctly manage work pressure;In terms of how to improve themselves,it is proposed to adapt to the new concept of career development and establish a scientific career development plan;In terms of how to improve the internal management of enterprises,it is proposed to improve the human resources system and enhance the loyalty and sense of belonging of technicians.
