Along with China’s market economic system continuously improved and the accelerated pace of economic globalization, more and more intense competition among enterprises, the human resource which an enterprise owns has become the core competitive power of an enterprise and an important factor of sustainable development of the enterprise. After enter the twenty-first Century, new generation gradually out of the campus and into the workplace, they have become a new force of enterprise. New generation employee was born in nineteen eighties, they have different growth environment from the former generation of employees, thus leading to the new generation of employees with different personality and job characteristics. They often put high expectations on personal values and the future life, when face the cruel reality of economic pressure and the work which is far from their expectation, they will often choose to leave. Therefore, the new generation employee has strong liquidity in workplace.Fast moving consumer goods industry is labor concentrated model industry, new generation of staff are the industry’s main army. Based on a systematic study of employee turnover theory, I give multidimensional analysis on the loss situation and influence of the new generation employee in the fast consumer company of A,by statistical analysis of the investigation sheet of the new generation employee who turnover, finding out the dissatisfaction of the new generation employee about company of A, and from the external environment, the internal management of enterprises, the characteristics of the new generation of staff angle to explore their reason for leaving the company. Finally, combined with the practical situation of the A company and the characteristics of the new generation of staff, the article has formed Countermeasures to Control the turnover of the new generation of employee.
