It has become a more difficult problem for enterprises to improve the turnover rate of new generation employees.If the new generation employees are not paid attention to and necessary solutions are not taken in time,it will have a serious impact on the operation of enterprises and become an obstacle to the rapid development of enterprises.In recent years,A company’s new generation of employees have left the company with serious problems,leading to an increase in the company’s operating costs,loss of proprietary assets,decline in company performance,and damage to the company’s image.A company must maintain sustained and healthy development.Must pay attention to the new generation of staff leaving the problem,timely put forward the targeted solution.Through the data on the new generation of employees provided by the human resources management Department of Company A,this paper analyzes the overall situation of the new generation employees from the aspects of the new generation employees ’age structure,academic structure,post position and service term.And from these aspects analyze the new generation employee of A company to leave the specific situation.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the departure of new generation employees of A company by means of questionnaire survey combined with the theory of professional plateau.This paper divides the vocational plateau into structural plateau,content plateau and living plateau,and takes this as a theoretical basis to design a questionnaire for the analysis of the impact of vocational plateau on the departure of new generation employees of company A.Through a sample survey of the new generation employees of company A and mathematical statistical analysis of the survey data,the effects of structural plateau,content plateau and living plateau on the departure of new generation employees of company A and the specific reasons for the departure of new generation employees of company A.Aiming at the effect of the career plateau on the departure of new generation employees of A company and the specific reasons for the departure of new generation employees of A company,a solution for the departure of new generation employees of A company was designed.The solution puts forward effective preventive measures from the perspective of the high content plateau and the plateau of life: improving the company’s promotion system,attaching importance to the career development plan of the new generation of employees,and improving the job challenges and improving the company’s compensation system through training and job rotation and expansion.To protect the family life of the new generation of employees.This paper studies the departure of new generation employees in A company through the theory of professional plateau,which provides a certain background for the study of the prevention measures for the departure of new generation employees in the later period.It also provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to study the reasons for the departure of new generation employees and the preventive measures for the departure of new generation employees.
