While the new generation of employees entering into their career and gradually become the mainstay of the enterprise. How to manage these new generation get more attention from both business industry and individual enterprise especially the phenomenon that the high turnover rate of these new generation have been reported quite often in media and newspaper and people pay more focus on it as well.Y company,as a leading enterprise in Chinese pharmaceutical industry who advocate to recruit fresh graduating students as their major HR strategy and almost all new comer are the new generation staff. In recent years, the higher new generation staff turnover rate problem leads to staff’s poor persistence performance and company was unable to implement personnel training and other coach deeply which may threat to the stability and the further development of the company products quantity and quality.In order to avoid such disadvantages,the company even made huge additional investment in fixed assets to enhance the level of automation to reduce the number of employers. So for Y company, this problem has to be solved.To solve this problem, the author not only reviewed the Modern Chinese and Foreign scholars’research related to Employee turnover aspects but also some kid of literature regard the characteristics of new generation employees and new generation employee turnover management skills.Author will try to analyze and refer and figure out the theory about the new generation staff turnover phenomenon basis on these research and literature and come up with own view and routes of subject study.According to view and routes of subject study, the author will review and analyze through some historical staff turnover information & data from Y company and try to figure out the reason why cause the the new generation staff turnover. Author has select some staff to Questionnaire survey and interview to try to give out 3 biggest problem lead to staff turnover,such as narrow career development channel,employee salary growth lay behind company development,company management view differ from the character of new generation staff. Author try to propose the solution to solve these 3 problem such as expand the career development channel,setup healthy employee remuneration growth scheme and enhance the management skills to cope with the new generation staff.
