In recent years,major commercial banks,including China's traditional state-owned commercial banks,have gradually come to realize the important role of human resources in reform and business development,in order to keep pace with the times and expand the market,the major banks continue to absorb high-quality financial personnel to enhance their competitiveness in the industry.Among them,there are a group of high-level knowledge,independent personality,ideas,pursuit,innovation,self-expression,not afraid of challenges of the new generation of employees gradually become the backbone of the workplace,the stability of this group has also become an important guarantee for the sustainable development of Commercial Bank management.But at present,there is a widespread phenomenon of the turnover of new generation employees in the banking industry,and the turnover of young employees in the state-owned banks is more frequent than before.State-owned banks are at the core of China's banking industry and bear the heavy responsibility of ensuring the stability of China's financial industry.If a large number of new generation talents are lost,it will be detrimental to the overallconstruction of the staff of state-owned banks,it is unfavorable to the steady operation of the state-owned banks and to the sustainable development of the banking industry.Taking Branch C of Agricultural Bank of China as an example,this paper first summarizes the relevant literature to understand the theoretical basis of the turnover of the new generation of employees,then,taking branch C of Agricultural Bank as the research object,this paper analyzes the composition of the new generation staff,the characteristics of the staff and the current situation of the new generation staff turnover,by using the methods of face-to-face discussion and questionnaire survey,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the turnover intention of the new generation employees of Agricultural Bank C branch,and through the data collation,correlation analysis of the impact of the Bank of the reasons for the loss of new generation staff;finally,for the reasons for the loss of the Bank of Agriculture C branch to reduce the loss of new generation staff put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the analysis and research on the current situation,causes and countermeasures of the loss of the new-generation Staff of Agricultural Bank C branch,this paper will not only help solve the problem of the loss of the new-generation staffof Agricultural Bank C branch,it is also an attempt to solve the problem of the new-generation staff turnover in state-owned commercial banks,similar to branch C of Agricultural Bank of China.
