As well as the developing, the salesman is required urgently. The loss rate is about5%to10%the industry. The rate of YB Company is up to35%to40%2011-2012. The loss rate is so seriously.The article mainly research on the problem about staff turnover. Firstly, we have50persons to accept the questionnaire who are resigned from YB company. And the reasons analyzed and the mainly reasons are low doorsill, thin recruitment path, the poor training, poor salary system, the poor career planning, little activity of inner, the poor communications inner company.Finally, the root reasons found and summed, and we have the reasonable scheme to the problem. The solutions are applied to the company three months. After three months, we found the problem of staff turnover is mitigated. The loss rate is down from24%to13.8%.
