With the rapid development of information technology,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In the final analysis,the competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.Software industry belongs to the field of knowledge-based economy,and most of the enterprise talents are knowledge-based talents.Without meeting the diverse needs of knowledge-based talents,it is easy to cause the loss of talents,which is not only a problem faced by an enterprise,but also an industry status quo.For small and micro enterprises like company A,the frequent loss of knowledge-based sales talents has become the biggest bottleneck of sustainable development.At present,there are many domestic and international research results on personnel turnover,but few of them involve in software and information technology service industry,especially for the sales personnel turnover in this industry.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper takes company A as a sample enterprise,and focuses on the resigned sales personnel,on-the-job sales personnel,sales team directors,and the head of general management department.The manager and the chairman of the board interviewed and analyzed the reasons for the loss of sales staff from two aspects:personal factors and enterprise factors.Personal factors include insufficient post competency,unclear career planning,family and work imbalance.Enterprise factors include recruitment,training,salary,performance,archives and leadership.In view of the above reasons,finally from the comprehensive management department management,sales department management,leadership management three aspects,put forward A company to prevent the loss of sales personnel countermeasures.Through the research on the loss of sales personnel of company A,help company A to establish a stable sales team to better carry out business,improve market share,strive to develop and grow in this market environment,let customers feel the high efficiency brought by software and information technology services,and then stimulate market vitality.At the same time,the research results can be used for reference to other companies in the information and software service industry,and expand the research scope of personnel turnover to enrich the theoretical research in this area.
