Along with our country urbanization of the city continues to advance, the productive service industry is more and more important in the process of city development, and occupies the leading position in some areas. Y company by the Refco Group Ltd YN and YQ Group Ltd., CO sponsored the formation. Relying mainly on the YN Refco Group Ltd pressure vessel inspection station as well as the YQ detection power. The company’s business scope mainly includes two sections: one is the inspection business, two is the detection of business. At present the company’s business scope is mainly within the group:A region accounted for more than30%; the B region accounted for30%; C10%; D20%. Group accounted for only10%, mainly Chitianhua, Haitian, hydropower and other non-destructive testing. Because of the influence of resources within the group, part of the market is not occupied or not open up foreign markets, group basic is the others to find the door. Research on the development strategy of producer service industry enterprises, and put forward a set of practical, effective enterprise development strategy, which is in favor of the integration of resources industry chain enterprises, reduce the transaction cost.In this paper, combining with the practical situation of Yunnan Y company, by investigation and analysis method of the summary, the productive service industry in the industrial chain of. In the business for many years, familiar withthe industry, has accumulated a lot of relevant data and the interpersonal relationship, the study have more convenient conditions.The main contents of this paper:the first part is the introduction, the research background, significance, methods and so on; the second part is the analysis of relevant theory to explain the development of the productive service industry; the third part is mainly through the internal and external environment analysis, using five forces model, SWOT and other methods of analysis; the fourth part is the main part of the paper, mainly on the basis of the analysis,formulate the development strategy of the enterprise; the fifth part mainly put forward the Countermeasures for the development of producer service industry; the sixth part is the summary and prospect.
