LTD is a private enterprise established in1999. the company’s governance issues are increasingly apparent with the expansion of business scale in recent years, especially various salary management issues, the aim of the report is to provide salary management optimal scheme of TY Company,this consulting report analyzes the organization structure and human resource status of the company, makes some research and SWOT Analysis of the company’s current salary scheme, studies the causes of the issues; and it clearly proposes business and salary strategy of the company, optimizes organization structure, which lays the foundation of salary system design; and then it completes a job analysis and a job description by adopting the current theories and methods applied in salary management all through the world, makes a job evaluation and a salary rate on the basis of the job analysis; and it understands the requires of the staff such as salary and welfare by the collection and in-depth analysis of the salary data; it designs a salary scheme matching with business and salary strategies of the company according to practical situation and staff demands; finally it analyzes the issues which may happen in the implementation process of salary system, and makes a safeguard measure. The methods such as questionnaire, interview, field observation and so forth are adopted in the research work of the consulting report.
