Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is getting more and more attentions by the scholars,politicians, industry and the public, but the speed of corporate social responsibility to promote isrelatively slow in China, the problem is more prominent. Currently, China is trying to build asociety of democracy and the rule of law, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability and order,harmony between man and nature. Chinese enterprises bear the bounden duty in building aharmonious society. The deepening of economic reform has provided a good environment andample space for development. for the development of China’s large enterprises, and thedevelopment of enterprises has also made important contributions for sustained rapiddevelopment. However, due to various reasons, companies for their commitment to socialresponsibility should either not understanding, or lack of awareness. Therefore, it hasencountered many problems in the development process. Strengthening the building of corporatesocial responsibility, in the current socio-economic conditions, is a very urgent and importantissue.From five stakeholder perspectives including business, government, consumers,non-governmental organizations and the media, this thesis has respectively conducted fieldresearch and surveys on CSR in Luohe City of Henan Province, summarized and analyzed thestatus of awareness on corporate social responsibility by the five stakeholder including thebusiness, government, consumers, non-governmental organizations and the media, and on thisbasis, it has deeply analyzed the problems and causes of corporate social responsibilityawareness currently. Finally it has proposed targeted related countermeasures and suggestions onpromoting the building corporate social responsibility on multidimensional stakeholderperspective in order to provide a reference for the government, NGOs, business and otherrelevant departments during building CSR.
