From the last century, corporate social responsibility has become one of the problems focus on academics. In today's society, product quality problems occur, the growing phenomenon of Social Responsibility, more and more enterprises have been urged to attach importance to corporate social responsibility. Over the years, scholars in the study of corporate social responsibility and corporate performance relationship and found that acts of corporate social responsibility and corporate performance are closely linked. Therefore, how socially responsible companies can generate revenue for the enterprise, is the focus of all topics of interest. Entrepreneurs as a business leader, corporate decision maker, corporate leaders in the forward direction, the future development of their business, plays a vital role. Their level of cognitive of corporate social responsibility, are bound to the social responsibility of enterprises to adopt an impact on behavior, and thus affect performance. In this paper, entrepreneurship cognitive of social responsibility, corporate social responsibility behavior and the relationship between corporate performance as the research object, through data collection and empirical analysis, to explore the relationship between, for better implementation of social enterprise Responsibility for direction and advice.This paper first analyzes the current status of corporate social responsibility in China, the study illustrates the theoretical and practical significance. Read and review the literature, based on the recognition of social responsibility, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility actions and corporate performance were introduced, and the relationship among the sort, as after the theoretical basis for the assumption. Secondly, according to the proposed hypothetical model, the questionnaire design, to business managers released. Then, based on 215 questionnaires collected as empirical research samples, using SPSS statistical software for data reliability analysis, validity analysis, hypothesis testing and other treatment. Finally, verify the results obtained, the hypothesis proposed in this paper are the establishment of the cognitive social responsibility of entrepreneurs, corporate social responsibility have positive effects on behavior; entrepreneurs awareness of social responsibility has a positive effect on firm performance, in which social entrepreneurs responsibility to the enterprise of cognitive performance were three dimensions, namely economic performance, social performance and environmental performance has a positive impact; Corporate Social Responsibility and awareness of social responsibility of entrepreneurs and business performance plays an intermediary role, including acts of corporate social responsibility awareness of social responsibility of entrepreneurs, respectively, and economic performance, social responsibility of entrepreneurs, cognitive and social performance, social responsibility, entrepreneurship awareness and the relationship between environmental performance plays an intermediary role.Finally, the limitations and shortcomings are summarized, and future research directions are planed and suggested. This effort by the constraints of geography and time, only major survey of the situation of entrepreneurs social responsibility cognition is in northeast of Jilin Province. To compare the differences of social responsibility of entrepreneurs between the north and south is feasible direction for future research.
