Assessment And Comparison Of Every City’s Agricultural Competitiveness In Henan Province

Henan Province as our country center-west region is agricultural big province, big province in population and economic province, occupies an important position in the national development strategy. In September28,2011, the State Council issued the "State Council on the guiding opinions" support to accelerate the construction of the Central Plains Economic Area in Henan Province, guiding opinions clearly pointed out "actively explore not to sacrifice of agriculture and food, ecology and environment at the expense of the" three "the coordinated development of the road, is the core task of the construction of the economic zone in the central plains." Highlights the Central Plains Economic Area, especially the important position of agriculture development and food production in Henan province in the national strategy, Henan will be the typical demonstration role for the development of similar areas in the country and play. Around the city in Henan Province as the endowment of natural resources, geographical conditions, different different agricultural development, agricultural development presents the characteristics of diversification, the competitiveness of agriculture development level uneven.In this paper, on the basis of scientific evaluation index system of the competitiveness of agriculture in Henan Province, according to data availability, independence of indicators and the simplified principle screening establishes evaluation indicator system of Henan province agriculture competitiveness. Sub indexes by using factor analysis method analyzed the competitiveness of agricultural competitiveness in Henan Province, conditions, the endowment of natural resources, agricultural development input conditions, policy conditions, agricultural development scale strength, agriculture related industry and agriculture development structure strength of clustering analysis and interpretation of economic development support, by using the method of clustering analysis on the competitiveness of the competitiveness of agriculture in Henan province were classified. The results of quantitative analysis found that:there is a big difference between each city of Henan province science and technology competitiveness of agriculture, there are generally five types:the first type is the resource endowment promote type, mainly in Zhengzhou, Anyang, Xinxiang and Jiaozuo city. The second type is the government policy support type, mainly in Nanyang, Xinyang, Zhoukou, Zhumadian and Puyang. Third types of optimized structure development, including Pingdingshan, Hebi, Xuchang, Luohe. The fourth type is the factor input support type, including Luoyang, Jiyuan and Sanmenxia city. The fifth type is relatively single, mainly including Kaifeng and Shangqiu city. Finally, the city of Henan province how to upgrade the level of competitiveness of agriculture itself and put forward the concrete policy recommendations to promote the development of agriculture.
