In recent years, domestic household industry has been rapid developing withsignificant improvement of China’s economy and people’s living standards, therefore,the enterprises specializing in household store operation management and service havesprung up, and even there are some situations of total imbalance in individual regions. Itbrings the lack of operating personnel issues in front of many business enterprises.Therefore, how to strengthen the quality of personnel team for household storeoperation in the new era has become an urgent issue of current home business enterpriseand the industry as a whole.This thesis took Fusen-Noble House Co., Ltd as a typical study object. It employedinterviews, questionnaires, seminars, market research, historical data query and othermethods, and made a depth research of the development in employees’ training. Itcombined with human capital theory, training needs analysis theory, learning theory andother theories and methods to carry out a system analysis and optimization study.,Finally it obtained the following research conclusions: firstly, the whole household storeis totally lack of talent, so we should enhance hematopoietic function and transfusion oftalent supply to adapt to its strategic development: secondly, the household store canoffer a variety of training services to meet employees’ learning needs: thirdly, throughproviding training services and innovative operations management mode, the householdstore can form a new mode of operations management which takes people-orientedhuman resource management as the leading role: fourthly, after deepening andextending training services project, it will bring new value and source of profit tohousehold store, so as to achieve a new blue ocean strategy: lastly, through providingtraining for employees, it can effectively overcome our household stores’ difficultiesand bottlenecks from operational inefficiencies, shortage of talent and talent pool.Meanwhile, this thesis creatively proposed to establish an integrated personneltraining system in terms of the industry needs and development, which will not onlyprovide an important theoretical support for the household stores and similar operatingenterprises, such as Fusen-Noble House Co., ltd to develop training system, improve customer service functions, innovate operating model, enhance operational capability,shape the comparative advantage and core competitiveness, but also it will provide auseful reference for the construction and development of the training system of ourmodern household store practically.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.The research on the training system’ status quo and the future development trendfor Fusen-Noble House Co., Ltd’s employees.2.The research on the problems of training and the necessity for improvement ofFusen-Noble House Co., Ltd.3.The research on the plan about how to improve the training system ofFusen-Noble House Co., Ltd and put it into effect.
