With the continuous development of the modern market economy and change, thetraditional the personal marketing model appears many problems and discomfort in theprocess of enterprise sales practice. Practice has proved that in front of facing theincreasingly diverse needs of more complex products and customers in the enterprise,the effect of the marketing team is much better than the personal marketing. Teammarketing is a feasible way to enhance the operating efficiency. The team marketingmodel can maximize help salespeople to promote their talents. Meanwhile, facing morecomplex and changing environment, the marketing team is more stability and flexibilitythan individual marketing.In the fierce market competition, CK Electric Company relies on single marketingstaff to achieve a higher level, more and more difficult. The team marketingself-promotion has received good results. This study was carried out to improve thenormative and theoretical study of the depth of the company’s team of marketing.The article first introduces the background and significance of the study topics;next combing the classical theory of marketing at home and abroad, as well as teammarketing; chapter three introduces the macro environment electrical and industryenvironment of the enterprises briefly and elaborate the status of the team marketingworks of the CK Electric Company; for the system to understand the status of the teammarketing efforts of the company’s current problems, Chapter four conductedcompany-wide sales personnel-oriented questionnaires and telephone interviews, byquestionnaire recycling and statistical analysis they can determine the disadvantage ofthe current situation of company’s team of marketing efforts; according with theconclusions are given above, chapter five gives the company some suggestions onperformance appraisal in the coming time, personnel training mechanism, strategicplanning and team-building aspects of development proposals; finally, the last part isconclusion.
