| In recent years, logistics has been not only is the process to provide related services for the movement of articles and information, but also is the third most important source of enterprises to create profits. The logistics industry has become China’s national economy running arterial system. With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, China’s third-party logistics enterprises are facing unprecedented competitive challenges. The study showed that:logistics informationization is the soul of modern logistics and the inevitable requirement of the development of modern logistics. How to improve the informationization level of the third party logistics enterprises and enhance the quality of service has become increasingly widespread concern by the government, society and the logistics industry.This thesis is for the purpose of discussing the way and the implementation of TPL informationization. Firstly, according to the third part logistics and the logistics informationization theory, the thesis point out that informationization is the power of TPL enterprises and analyze the current situation of the domestic and international TPL informationization. Secondly, show the informationization of A Logistics Company including the construction of logistics information system and the system’s main function and modules is studied, then based on the case to analyze the organization and implementation methods of TPL informationization. Thirdly, according to the actual TPL informationization case to analyze the questions in the informationization of A Logistics Company, such as the information system does not match with the process, system compatibility is poor, blind construction planning and talent shortage and so on. Finally, give out four strategies to promote the informationization of A Logistics---.Rationalize the implementation of information technology step, focus on personnel training, improve informationization planning flow and establish standards of the logistics information. |
