Study On The TPL Enterprise Informitionization

The logistics industry plays an important part for the national economy and people living level. TPL is the sign of logistics development. After China joined WTO, multinational logistics corporation inburst into Chinese logistics market. TPL enterprises of China must face with large competition and challenge. Information technology makes logistics full of energy. Logistic informationization is the key of the modern logistic, and it is the soul of modern logistic. TPL enterprise in China must cany on informationization to improve.This thesis is for the purpose of discussing the way and the implementation of TPL informationization. Firstly, according to the modern logistic and the supply chain theory, the thesis carry on the discussion and the elaboration about the TPL informationization theory, and point out that informationization is the power of TPL enterprises. Secondly, in this foundation of the present situation in and out of china, the thesis analysis the bottle-neck questions and demand of TPL informationization , and discusses its development tendency. Thirdly, it proposes informationization implementation way for TPL enterprises: using ASP pattern to informationization; TPL informationization based on logistics alliance; TPL informationization based on BPR. It also pointes out the implementation step of the informationization: staff mobilization; the analysis of enterprise informationization demand; making the informationization strategy; the informationization implementation control; the using and maintenance of logistic information system. And suggests TPL enterprises should consider the demand to choose right informationization way. Finally, it analyses the present situation of TPL informationization in Shaanxi, as well as some successful cases, then carries on the demonstration research.
