The Research Of Development Countermeasures For Logistics Informationization In Henan Province

In recent years, every country has been meeting hard-won opportunities and great challenges with the rapid development of the modern information technology and the strength of the economic globalization. Modern logistics is popularly regarded as "the Third Profit Source"of the economic development. The industry of logistics in China has broad growth space and vast potential markets, which means important and will become a new economic growth point. However, logistics cost remains higher though the national economy develops fast in China in comparison with other countries. Logistics becomes a "bottleneck"in the high-quality development of national economy. With its own features and laws, the informationization of logistics has rich connotation and great social significance. As an undeveloped province in the middle and west region of China, the construction and informationization of logistics in Henan Province are left behind. But as a linkage with the east developed provinces and the west undeveloped provinces, Henan Province, the center of China, has natural advantages, which will bring vast space for its development of the logistics enterprises. Based on the analysis of the modern logistics and the features and fundamental issues of the logistics informationization, involving the present situation and problems in the logistics informationization in Henan Province, and in comparison with the development situation and tendency in the construction of the logistics informationization in foreign countries, the paper puts forward the following suggestions on improving the logistics informationization in Henan Province from the sight of the government and industry: speeding up the construction of the information management platform of the modern logistics, combining the informationization with process reengineering, controlling the risks, supporting the key industries, and training the information talents.
