It is well known that the competitiveness of a organization is decided on whether thehuman resources, i.e., the carrier, creator, disseminator, user and developer of knowledge, canbe effectively and efficiently developed and managed. Human resource is the foundation ofcorporate core competitiveness. Companies are supposed to improve the individual capabilityvia strategic human resources management, and make full use of employee capability to gainand maintain the competitive advantages.When the human resource beeomes more and moreimportant to the sueeess of enterprises, many enterprises realize that it is the human beingsthat create the competition dominance.This paper took Huakai Creative Exhibition Service Ltd as research object, found theexisting problems and defects during human resource management through survey andanalysis of the firm’s stats of development, human resource situation. Combined with thefirm’s strategic goal and actual development status, this article conducted an optimal designfor the firm’s human resource strategy. The first part introduced the background andimportance of this article, and then put forward research methodology and contents based onpresent theories as well as current situation; In the second part, we introduced the firm’sdevelopment situation, development strategy and current status of human resource, gave aselective analysis of the firm’s current situation and shortage in the present developingstrategy and human resource management, summarized the firm’s human resourcedevelopment status and operating strategic objectives. According to the principles of humanresource strategy planning, we designed supply and demand planning for the staff troop, andthen proposed applicable general human resource planning and personnel constructionoperating. Finally, in line with the supporting measures that human resource strategyimplementation needed, this paper proposed that human resource information system shouldbe set up, and the company should strengthen corporate culture.This paper is based on themodern advaneed theory, which integrates theory with practice as well. Enterprise is itsstandpoint. Besides, the paper promotes some suggestions and reference programs for theimplementation of strategic development and management of human resources in HuakaiCreative Exhibition Service Ltd.
