In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, more and moreconsumers begin to pay attention to the online shopping market and try to buy thingsonline. The scale of the global market of online shopping has been greatly increased,and more and more e-commerce sites have appeared. The competition in thee-commerce market has become very fierce. Hunan Chengxun E-commerce Companyplans to enter the field of B2C and strives to achieve a breakthrough. However, thecompany has to consider the question of how to set a proper orientation as per the localconditions and its current operation situations.Based on the actual practice of Hunan Chengxun E-business Co., the marketscenario of E-Shopping of current Sino-US BC(Business-to-Customer e-Commerce) issystematic analyzed in the paper. The market position of Foreign Trade B2C+Made inChina+World Market is defined to build a world first class platform of Foreign TradeB2C E-business. The opportunity, threat, advantage and disadvantage of enterprises isanalyzed with the SWOT analysis method.
