After the establishment of Tianjin free trade zone, rapid economic growth and large population influx of Tianjin has a huge market space, will cause the world investment giant, to Tianjin investment and development in China, SE convenience stores will face unprecedented challenges, this is also the local retail industry practitioners need to face the opportunities and severe challenges. So, USES the advanced strategic management technology and adapt to the development of the local convenience store chain business model, has become the effective way to the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve, more of a convenience store chain operators most issue of concern.Paper based on the research of the SE convenience store chain development strategy, so as to make the enterprise clear understanding reality, grasp opportunities, promote the healthy development of enterprises. Paper will be divided into five chapters, of which the first and second chapter is to introduce the research background, significance and purpose, research methods and related concepts and the related strategic management theory; Paper in the third chapter presents the basic situation of SE convenience store and the current problems existing in the development of; Fourth chapter, the thesis use strategic management analysis tools, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis on the external environment and its own development of SE convenience stores were analyzed, and on this basis, the paper fifth chapter puts forward the strategic positioning, target SE convenience stores and strategic development measures.
