Service convenience refers to the extent to which the customer feels about the time and effort in a series of actions to buy and consume a product or service.The convenience of service is the convenience for the customer to buy some kind of goods or services.With the gradual assimilation of commodities,retailers are difficult to occupy the leading position in the market only by price war.Sellers need to rely on service convenience to enhance buyers' goodwill and satisfaction,which plays a decisive role in promoting and promoting the development of retail enterprises.With the implementation of the national "The Belt and Road" strategy,Gansu has become an important hub to promote The Belt and Road "construction,the retail enterprises in the country's overall economic and social benefits is the clear objective.Lanzhou minbai as Gansu's largest retail enterprises,has a significant role in the development of retail enterprises to explore the recognition of service convenience level.Therefore,based on the evaluation of Lanzhou minbai convenience service level,can provide the basis for improving service level of convenience retail enterprises play an important role in the competitive advantage of enterprises to expand production.This paper firstly introduces the development situation of Lanzhou minbai and existing service convenience level,and the Lanzhou minbai development problems in the analysis,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,through summarizing the traditional AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the basic principle and shortcomings,and then leads to the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and expounds the the fuzzy AHP algorithm,the general method of operation,it is a method of multiple criteria thinking.There are both quantitative factors and qualitative factors in the evaluation of service convenience level,which makes the concept of evaluation index of service convenience level fuzzy and difficult.Based on system theory and service convenience theory,the evaluation system of service convenience level of retail enterprises based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is built,and the factors that influence the service convenience level of enterprises are analyzed.This paper analyzes the intensity of the three aspects of decision making,transaction and after-sales service to the service convenience level,and evaluates the convenience level of the retail enterprises,and gets a more accurate comprehensive evaluation result.Finally,suggestions are made for improving the service convenience level of retail enterprises from the aspects of establishing internal advantages,such as commodity richness,shopping environment,diversified services,external advantages(location,business hours,information),quality service and modern equipment.
