Study On The Thrid-party Logistic Enterprises’ Core Competence Evaluation And Countermeasure

At present, our country is in the way of economic growth strategy transition phase, whichadjusting the industrial structure, optimizing the economic structure and improving the corecompetitive force of the enterprise is important content of transforming the way of economicgrowth. In the face of increasingly fierce competition of logistics market, economicglobalization,lower logistics cost, the industry competitive great challenge, the third partylogistics enterprise in order to keep the invincible position in fierce competition and access tolong-term stable development, it is necessary to analyse enterprise’s core competitiveness. Thecore competitiveness of enterprises directly decide the enterprise market position.If the thirdparty logistics enterprise want to achieve long-term market advantage,they should have anaccurate evaluation of enterprise’s core competitiveness, understanding the influence factors ofenterprise’s core competitiveness, then according to evaluation results, the third party logisticsenterprise can adopt some corresponding strategies to strengthen the core competitiveness.This thesis introduces some theories about the third party logistics enterprise corecompetence, then the third party logistics enterprise core competitiveness current situation andinfluencing factors are analyzed in detail, and combining with the truth of the third partylogistics enterprise, developing a set of the third party logistics enterprise core competitivenessevaluation index system.According to the index system,the thesis puts forward the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process.On empirical research, this thesis selects the China Railway Express as a sample, adoptingthe experts marking way to establish fuzzy assessment model and the comprehensive evaluation,and evaluation result meets the company’s present situation, then analyse the evaluation results intheory.On the basis of empirical research, this thesis respectively put forward the effectivecountermeasures of enhancing the third party logistics enterprise’s core competitiveness from theresource level and technical level, market level and management level, indicating the directionfor the vast number of third party logistics enterprises and has a guiding significance.
