| With the promulgation of"The Opinions of the State Council on Boosting Development of Modern Service and Advanced Manufacture Industry and Establishing International Financial and Shipping Center in Shanghai", gathering of shipping talents was raised to a policy level. All data show that Shanghai's extreme shortage of senior shipping service talents has become a development bottleneck. This paper aims to provide theoretical basis for the construction of shipping personnel training mode of domestic colleges and universities,which will provide qualified talents for the construction of Shanghai international shipping center and China's shipping industry constantly.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the purpose of construction of Shanghai international shipping hub and gets its core functions and roles,followed by a study on the concept of "international shipping talents".Secondly, with ARIMA model the thesis predicts the demand quantity of several international shipping talents in Shanghai in 2020.At the same time, the thesis expounds the pros and cons of familiar methods of talent supply and come to the conclusion that institutions of higher learning should be the main force of International Shipping personnel training.Finally, the thesis summarizes the experience of international shipping talents training in European colleges and universities and compares them with domestic colleges and universities and put forward a proposal that an International Shipping Talents Training Mode for our institutions of higher learning should be built, and analyzes the specific training mode of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as anexample at last. |
