In recent years,with the speeding up of rural financial form,new financial agencies appear like mushrooms after rain,and bring impact to the market of rural credit cooperatives relying on their advantages on capital,technology,talents and channel building.In the meantime,with time development,banking industry more closely reply on IT.Therefore,science and technology talents will be the key factor of core competitiveness of banking industry step by step,inter-disciplinary talents will be targets chased by all banks.The urgent questions to solve for credit cooperatives in S Province are how to set up scientific personnel training model,how to strengthen the scientific talents team,and how to excavate potential capacity and upgrade the value of existing scientific staffs.Since it is a bit late for rural credit cooperatives to set up scientific talents team,scientific setting-up becomes the bottleneck constraint on self-development.Because scientific talents decide scientific setting-up,rural credit cooperatives must have excellent scientific talents team to survive and develop in the competition.This paper state research and analysis in four aspects on scientific talents training model for rural credit cooperatives in S Province.Firstly,it discusses the background meaning and methods of the research.Secondly,it sets forth the concepts,for example scientific talents and scientific talents training and it defines the scientific talents in banking financial agencies.Thirdly,it analyzes the currents situation,questions and reasons of the talents training of rural credit cooperatives in S Province.Finally,it expounds the “five-in-one” talents training model and promoting strategy of rural credit cooperatives in S Province.The main meaning of this paper is analyzes the insufficient on training scientific talents of rural credit cooperatives in S Province,proposes feasible suggestion,and makes framework adapting training model S Province through researching the effects of scientific talents in development of modern banking industry and referencing the relevant research fruits and experiences on talents training.It aims to offer references for rural credit cooperatives in S Province on upgrading the scientific talents management by forming pointed results.
