Performance evaluation as an important management measure plays a veryimportant role and means that enterprises complete business tasks,achieve thestrategic objectives and enhance the core competitiveness. So, how to build thisenterprise performance evaluation system, how to assess the employee’s work withobjective, and how to continually improve the level of enterprise performance arekeys to achieve strategic objectives, competitive advantage, and sustainabledevelopment.This base on widely research of performance examination theory anddevelopment trend, use many methods such as literature information, case analysis,questionnaire investigation, field visits and comparison analysis upon the researchobject,TA company,who is just restructured integration. We analyze the status of TACompany’s performance examination work and diagnose the prominent problems,main errors and their roots. And then establish a more comprehensive performanceappraisal system with scientific, feasible and systematic objectives.Through the design of TA’s new performance appraisal system, performancemanagement truly becomes to support the new company’s integrated developmentstrategy and become an important carrier to facilitate employee career development.After almost5months of practice, the employee work hard and actively. Departmentsenhance the coordination and execution. Enterprise’s strategic direction and planningbecome obviously stronger. At the same time, hope this paper which focused on theindustry’s performance appraisal system design and reform of State-owned enterpriseshas some experience and reference value.
