F Corporation has a great successed in running business in last20years inChina.The corporation changed from a local small company to a global greatcompany because of high speed development of the corporation’s economic scale,itis one of top100corporation in the world.,why corporation achieved success is thatcorporation exerted first-rate management and scientific businessdecision,Enterprise culture is a important factor of running success too. There aremany defects in runing management aspect in F company because of fastdevelopment of company scale during the latest20years in China.,For example,performance management system exists many defects, The management systemmust be improved in order to keep fast development of corporation.to adapttransformation and upgrading of advanced technology of F company.The companyimprove management for providing guarantee to adapt fast development ofcorporation next10yearsPerformance management system include in performance appraisal systemand security system of performance appraisal,but the performance appraisal systemcan not adapt development of company now.Improving performance appraisalsystem is very important for strategy development targent of corporation.The paper is divided into six section. the first section state signification and goalof performance management system, current research situation of performancemanagement system and development level of performance management systemin the world. The second section state theoretical basis of performancemanagement system,. the third section describe current situation of performanceevaluation system of F corporation. I will discuss method of improvingperformance appraisal system of F corporation, improvement performanceevaluation index design of F corporation, improving security system ofperformance appraisal in the paper. The fifth section will describe improvement design of performance security system,according to following contents: internalgrievance-redress mechanism, culture construction,rules construction.
