Enterprise’s own performance appraisal system is able to adapt to theeconomic environment, scientific and effective promotion of enterprise strategicgoals to complete an important factor in the overall development. Large state-owned commercial banks, due toinstitutional problems led to performance appraisal work without obvious effectother commercial banks, it is difficult to play a mobilizing role of employeeinitiative. Formulate a scientific and effective performance indicator system,establish and improve the performance appraisal management system, is now alarge state-owned commercial banks urgent need to resolve issue.This paper selects China Construction Bank Corporation HeilongjiangBranch as the research object, Performance indicator system of the enterprisein-depth study of the existing problems. Integrate the research achievements athome and abroad, using the industry-leading theories, like Key PerformanceIndicator(KPI), Economic Value Added(EVA),etc. Rebuild the ChinaConstruction Bank Corporation Heilongjiang Branch of Performance indicatorsystem.
