Human resources attract more and more attention as an important element of market economy with the deep development of market economy.As important part of human resources,Performance management obtained remarkable result in more and more modern enterprise management practice.Performance appraisal system is an important link of performance management and also the key point of management.By building performance appraisal system,strictly implementing performance appraisal index,then master some basic principle during the performance appraisal process and design a performance appraisal system,which is fit for the situation of corporation,and improve the creativity and positivity for human.There for,the human resources can realize the value maximum.This paper is doing research on the design and imposition of corporation's performance appraisal system.First,introduced the existing performance appraisal system of Tiansheng Corporation and analysis it,making use of example of case,job analysis,the design of performance appraisal and data analysis and etc.to diagnose the defect of the corporation,and improve,redesign the original performance appraisal system of the corporation by combining the theory,experience and the development strategy of the corporation,finally form a performance appraisal system which is more normalization and operational,strategical,equity and incentive.This paper is doing research on performance appraisal methods and principles of the basis,and in theory of Balanced Scorecard and KPI at the basic level in Tiansheng Corporation;performance appraisal and in-depth study of the supplement;contribute to the Balanced Scorecard and KPI in our country,corporation and the spread of influence.This paper can help advancing the performance management index system and its implementation process of localization in China,raise the organization performance,promote modern management of further development.Therefore,this paper hopes to improve and has special to the performance appraisal system.
