The small and medium-sized enterprise of mould making is an importantpart of the socialist market-oriented economy in our country.They can solvethe the employment problem of a large number of surplus labor force in ourcountry.They also can play an irreplaceable role in promoting the country’srapid economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading. Butalong with the market’s competition becoming more severe day by day, thesituation that mould small and medium-sized enterprise does not adapt tothe development of market economy is highlighted. One of the importantreasons is that mould small and medium-sized enterprises almost all lack anincentive mechanism which can mobilize staff and make them serve loyally.Yuyao Z enterprise is such a typical mould small micro enterprise. Theenterprise must solve the urgent task that how to establish a scientificand reasonable incentive system, improve the staff’s working enthusiasm andperformance and realize a faster and better development of the enterprise.This paper uses these methods synthetically such as the literatureresearch, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis. According to theincentive correlation theory, the enterprise human resources status,development planning and incentive status, the paper explores the questionand insufficiency of the current incentive system in yuyao Z enterprise.Through the survey about the satisfaction and the needs of employees,thepaper has established a comprehensive incentive system which coversperformance evaluation incentive, material incentives and non-material motivation. To ensure that the new incentive system can give full play tothe function,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementationprocess,and puts forward the strategies to the resistance and difficultiesin the implementation of process. This paper analyzes and evaluates theeffect of the implementation of the new incentive system, and puts forwardthe way to adjust deficiencies. In the end, this paper summarizes the newincentive system’s characteristics and innovation place. It points outthat the new incentive system needs to be adjusted and consummatedaccording to the internal and external conditions constantly in the futureenterprise’s operation process. |
