In recent years, along with the further development of tourism and the size of theZiJiaYou popularization, tourism become the new economic growth point of nationaleconomy, not only has stimulated the economic income, and drive the related industry andsocial economic development, the economic development of China as one of the backboneindustry.From the basic tourist consumption demand of the internal components, traffic spendingis the biggest expend for consumer, about33%; Accommodation consumption in secondaccounts for about17.4%; Food in third place, food consumption in tourist consumptionoccupies a proportion. And with modern service industry and tourism experience theeconomic development, tourism catering industry future profitability and ascension space isbroader. But, tourism catering industry service and the quality of the staff failed to reach therequirement of tourists, tourist satisfaction is low, market competition is weak. Fundamentally,the tourism cartering industry service is provided by the tourism operators. So, in order toimprove the service level of the traveling foods and class, tourism operators of the quality ofthe staff is the urgent need to further enhance, in order to adapt to the development of moderntourism. At the same time, food companies up to40%staff turnover rate, the overall industry,low wages, wage growth is slow,60%of the catering industry employees without socialinsurance, training costs remain high, and low employee motivation is a serious humanresource issues restricting food and beverage business development and growth. How do thecatering business human resources management, cartering industry ensure healthy andsustainable development is an important problem to be solved.This article by "human capital" and "people-oriented" concept as the main ideology, thepaper tourism cartering industry human resources management, the basic principle of system,principles and tasks, and on the basis of history and logic in accordance with the order and thesystem introduced tourism cartering industry human resources strategic planning, personnelallocation, staff recruitment, assessment and employment, performance evaluation,motivational and staff training, staff of the power play and labor groups relationshipmanagement. Based on this, this paper expounds the tourism catering industry service qualityand the quality of the staff, the relation between the the overall development of the industryexisting in the construction of the staff quality. Finally it proposed to solve the path qualityconstruction, applicability and operability is higher.
