With the rapid economic development of China, catering and beverage industry development has brought new opportunities. But the level of human resources for the development of the industry increasingly obvious limitations. Residents not only for the catering and beverage industry requirements continue to remain on the consumer products, more reflected in the overall environment of the restaurant, especially the soft environment on demand service. However, due to the development of China's service sector is still in its infancy, the overall level of human resources staff is still unable to meet these demands. Jin baiwan Restaurant Group is one of the leading catering and beverage industries who is continuing improve its restaurant grade. Jin Baiwan Restaurant Group have the same question of service level spotty particularly personnel mobility problem, forcing the Group's emphasis on human resource development to explore new ideas.The analysis of this thesis clarified the meaning and importance of human resource development, the clarity of the situation in the external environment facing the development of Jin Baiwan Restaurant Groups. Using SWOT analysis of the development of the external market environment, the Group conducted a comprehensive analysis; Based on the above analysis, the mobility of human resources issues were discussed, and eventually combined years of practical experience in group proposed human resource development strategy that can be implemented.Through the study of Jin Baiwan Restaurant Group human resources situation, draw Group Human Resources liquidity reasons. Both the quality of their own employee factors, there are factors of the Group's management, but also contains the factors from the community. In a clear impact on the basis of factor analysis, the article also proposed a group of human resources development methods have been studied and discussed preliminary training to personnel from the whole process of career management.
